Civil A. Sabaramond

The "Bastard Child" of Arius Sabaramond, and a sorcerer from the other side of the sky. Civil Sabarmond was a child abandoned by Arius and despite being amateur he can copy techniques in an instant. He seems to be battle hungry even prone to mixing up trouble. He is accompanied by two inhuman women who are also descendants of a sorcerer from the other side of the sky. After Civil's fight with Polka he forms a temporary non-aggression pact with him because he said he'd train him in magic.
