Cleopatra VII Philopator was the last active ruler of Ptolemaic Egypt. As a member of the Ptolemaic dynasty, she was a descendant of its founder Ptolemy I Soter, a Macedonian Greek general and companion of Alexander the Great. Cleopatra is the central figure of the DLC quest, "The Rage of a Queen". Originally the representative of Bethel's Egyptian Branch, she was unable to maintain control of her group and was eventually overthrown.
