Cogita is the sole resident of the Ancient Retreat, and is related to the ancient Celestica people that use to live in Hisui before the Diamond and Pearl Clans' arrivals. Cogita appears to be an ancestor of the Sinnoh champion Cynthia, while resembling more closely related to Volo. She's a tall woman who wears a black hat adorned with white flowers, a long floor length black dress donned with silver teardrop gems, and long white gloves.
