Colonel

The Colonel is a cynical and cold-hearted man. He is willing to make sacrifices to carry out his missions, and has long since been desensitized to the atrocities of war. Despite his role as a leader of the Peacebuilding Forces' special forces and the ultimate goal to save humanity, he doesn't do much himself to help the people who are suffering from the war against Artemis, such as those living in the mountain town with very little supplies of their own, and he even tactlessly disregards Norito's plea to Empress to help them.
