Daishikyou

Daishikyou is a archbishop of the Dekoboko cult. It originally appeared to be a normal fortune teller on the side of the road who got Kyubei's attention. Daishikyou is the main antagonist of the Dekoboko Arc. Her plan was to make everyone in Edo switch genders, turning men into women and vice-versa. Later, in Episode 277, it's revealed that he put a tracking bug on Kyuubei's sword back in Episode 275. Daishikyou caused the satellite to fire back on Edo, turning everyone back to their original genders, except for those that were underground. Later, Gintoki learns of the Dekobokko's next location and rounds up his allies to confront them. Kyuubei and their allies get one step ahead of the Dekobokko and purposely to get into the firing range of the cult's weapon and changes everyone back to normal, killing all the cult's members and destroy their weapon before any more planets fall victims to the Dekobokko curse.
