Dakai the Magpie is a Visitor bandit in the employ of Taren the Punished. He works as the general's primary enforcer and spy, traveling abroad to gather valuable weapons for her and hunting down the Aureatian agents hidden in Lithia. An unmatched master thief, Dakai revels in his ability to do as he likes and steal what he wants from others. Though he's fairly eloquent and enjoys banter and conversation, he ultimately doesn't care about the feelings of other people and sees them as little more than sources of personal entertainment.
