Dalia Mendoza

Dalia Mendoza is a member of the Black Hand and the leader of The Fingers. It revealed that she encountered Kasha before her death. Dalia is a woman with a mature face. She has fair skin, long straight black hair with a few strands of hair falling on her forehead and dark eyes. She wears a long dark coat, a red turtle-neck pullover, black long tights and dark heels. She also wears sunglasses with red lenses. Little is known about Dalia's past, but it is known that she encountered Yeon when she was alive it being presumed that Delia tried killing her.
