Declan Akaba, known as Reiji Akaba (赤あか馬ば 零れい児じ Akaba Reiji) in the Japanese version, is one of the main characters and the tritagonist in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. He is the second CEO of the huge Leo Corporation.
