Derrick Eckart Husbando

Derrick is a tall and handsome young man with black hair and blue eyes, characteristic for the Eckhart family. He is mostly seen wearing elegant and expensive clothing, usually in nuances of black, blue and gold, although he can also be seen wearing his armor while patrolling with the Eckhart knights and an all black hunting suit during the Hunting Competition. Derrick is a cold-hearted man. As a nobleman, he is very prideful and can also look down on people. For example, when Derrick learns about Eckles' origins, he mocks at the slave and the fallen kingdom of Delman. Derrick is shown to be a very abusive man. Whenever the original Penelope would cause problems, he would punish her and blame her for ruining Eckhart's reputation. Even after her probation, he still accuses her every time something could taint Eckhart's name. Despite appearing stoic, he is actually very emotional. It is shown when Penelope got separated from him during the festival he looked everywhere for her in the capital and came back to the dukedom with a desperate face.
