Her card effect is: "You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by sending 1 card from your hand or field to the GY. You can only Special Summon "Diabellstar the Black Witch" once per turn this way. You can only use each of the following effects of "Diabellstar the Black Witch" once per turn. If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Set 1 "Sinful Spoils" Spell/Trap directly from your Deck. During your opponent's turn, if this card is sent from its owner's hand or field to the GY: You can send 1 card from your hand or field to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon this card." This monster's concept art notes the following: -When using her "Sinful Spoils", her right eye turns green. -Her mask, which is removable, is named "Omen". -Her backpack contains a variety of items. -When her hood is not in use, it is tucked inside her skirt. -"Sinful Spoils of Betrayal - Silvera" and "Sinful Spoils of Doom - Lucelia", in their inactive forms (depicted as differently-shaped clawed arms), are part of her body; they remain attached even when her clothes are removed. -"Lucelia" and "Silvia" each have their own personalities - the former is overprotective and the latter is elegant; small illustrations show "Lucelia" draping a blanket over a sleeping "Diabellstar", and "Silvia" liking cute things (demonstrated with painting black nail polish on this monster's nails) and expressing dislike over significant muscle gains from this monster's exercise routine.
