Dicta Striker is a character in the Umamusume franchise. She is a student at Tracen Academy. Dicta Striker is a student at Tracen Academy, first introduced when Oguri Cap transfers there. After Oguri's first string of victories in races, Striker begins seeing her as her rival. Unfortunately, she would repeatedly miss chances to race against her; first, Oguri did not qualify for the Triple Crown races, and she then turned down a direct challenge from Striker, as she was already intending to run other races.
