An overly idealistic employee with plenty of energy to spare, she is enamoured by the life of adventure that Fixers (in her eyes) lead. However, her quixotic personality causes her to make rash decisions and will, more likely than not, jeopardize missions if not held on a short leash. Don Quixote is a naive person, with a childish view of how the world works. She consistently talks in an animated, exaggerated manner and jumps into any situation with enthusiasm, regardless of the death or suffering involved.
