E9 is mysterious girl and one of the antagonist who was transferred to the Mermaid Island later in the series. She is working with Momoka Sagara and D5. An easygoing, mysterious, obedient and airhead Soldier Arm who is an extar that is chosen for the enhancement program that causes her to become not only a stronger weapon that was artificially modified and enhanced, it also allows her to create a weapon for themselves, and she can freely use other weapons. She have a green-colored symbol under her right eye.
