Echidna is a Demonic Beast in Greek mythology appearing in Fate/Grand Order. Within the Proper Human History, Echidna is a mother of monsters from Greek mythology, possessing the body of a snake and head of a human woman. She is the mother of all sorts of monsters from Greek mythology, including Cerberus. Medusa is Echidna's ancestor, with Echidna's father Chrysaor being Medusa's son.
