Edel Hangstein

Edel Hangstein is a character in Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey. She is the mayor of Reisenberg, and the examiner of the alchemy license test. She is an licensed alchemist herself as well. Edel took over the position of mayor after her father's retirement and is very popular with the citizens. She's skilled in both economics and politics, quick-witted and does things with utmost effort. However, occasionaly her calm composure breaks and she gets very upset.
