Eigen Urabe

Eigen Urabe (浦部 永玄) was a Rankless Ranger who was apart of the Blue Battalion. Although he technically failed the Bailong Exam, he was granted a supplementary passing grade in recognition of his accomplishment in defeating the Executive Peltrola with Kai Shion. He was recruited into Blue Battalion before fleeing the Ranger Force to join the Neo-Rangers. Urabe initially appears to be a brusque and battle hungry individual, but this belies his true nature as a relatively easygoing person with a competitive streak.
