Eishi Tsukasa Husbando

Eishi Tsukasa is a 90th Generation student Totsuki Academy alumnus, the previous First Seat of the Elite Ten Council, and formerly one of the Senior Officers of Central. After ousting the former headmaster, Senzaemon Nakiri to put Azami Nakiri in the former's position, he then serves as the major antagonist of the series for the Central storyline. In his reappearance in BLUE, he serves major ally of the protagonists for the BLUE storyline. Eishi is a handsome student with medium-length white hair, which covers his forehead and runs down to his nape. He also has icy blue eyes. During his time in Totsuki, he wore the standard Totsuki uniform shirt, though his shirt is slightly unbuttoned and his tie is loose and slung over his left shoulder. He is generally not seen wearing his Totsuki jacket, instead slinging it over his shoulder and holding it in place with two fingers. Eishi's chef uniform is a standard white chef's uniform, with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows. During the Régiment de Cuisine and BLUE, he wears a red tie, loosely tied around his neck and slung over his shoulder. Despite being the former First Seat of the Elite Ten Council and an eminent chef, Eishi is rather diffident and prone to self-deprecation. He feels exasperated by the work forced upon him as the First Seat and the workload caused by the two Shokugekis during the 43rd Annual Tōtsuki Autumn Election. He is nervous standing in front of people and prefers to work unseen by others.[6] When cooking for others, he constantly frets over small things that may cause them to feel uncomfortable such as the condition of their seating or even the temperature of the venue. Regardless of his self-doubts, Eishi has a profound, philosophical outlook on exploring the vast world of cooking, and is committed to his position in the Elite Ten, as it affords him the most opportunity to take his explorations as far as possible. Unlike most other chefs in Tōtsuki who constantly express themselves through their dishes, Eishi uses a self-effacing approach, choosing only to focus on the food itself. Although his main trait is his constant worrying, he is never doubtful of his own skill in cooking as the sole question he never asks a customer is if they think his food tastes good. He will do anything for the sake of his cooking, even risking his seat in the council to gain Sōma's support. Another trait that Eishi showed is that he does not appreciate it when people just eat his food without acknowledging the effort he put into his dishes, and he also has no liking for surface-level compliments. While at first, he had no idea about those, it still annoyed him unconsciously. This shows that deep inside, Eishi has a very elitist mindset, and this is the reason why he joined Azami Nakiri's revolution, as he is one of the few people who can actually understand his feelings about cooking. In battle, Eishi can be so focused that he barely pays attention to his opponent, and even forgets them completely, such as the case with Terunori Kuga. That said, Eishi is capable of disparaging his adversaries, whether intentionally or not, such as looking down on Sōma's cooking and restaurants that don't fall under Central's standards during their unofficial match, and for the latter example, is his remarks against Terunori during Régiment de Cuisine. Eishi, however, still has his kind and friendlier side, even during his time in Central, being genuinely looking for his underclassmen, and even having zero social skills, Eishi aimed to do his best as the First Seat. Most of his warm personality is more prevalent in his return during BLUE, no longer looking down on Sōma's skills, and even challenging him in friendly matches, a test of the former First Seat to the current title holder.
