Eishi Tsukasa

Eishi Tsukasa is a 90th Generation student Totsuki Academy alumnus, the previous First Seat of the Elite Ten Council, and formerly one of the Senior Officers of Central. After ousting the former headmaster, Senzaemon Nakiri to put Azami Nakiri in the former's position, he then serves as the major antagonist of the series for the Central storyline. In his reappearance in BLUE, he serves major ally of the protagonists for the BLUE storyline.
