Elder Sister

Elder Sister (姉御 Anego?) is an unnamed minor character from the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun anime. She is an Academy City high school esper of unknown level who is a leader of a group of delinquents, and is a user of the Level Upper. She is rude, brash, and display a little disrespect to people she does not agree with, she also does not like it when people belittle her. Even then, she respects people who can stand up to her. She also apologizes to people who have been wronged by her gang without her orders.
