Elif Parmak

Elif Parmak is a vampire in Seattle. She is a Tremere, the representative of one of the factions in the city, and the right hand of Viktor Goga, the leader of The Newcomers. She sends you on a quest to find Slugg and purchase information from him. As of early 2021 we don't know much of anything besides basic details of Elif Parmak, but on release we will update this page accordingly to new information.
