Elizabeth is a plant technician hired to repair the plant at Inepril City. Coming off as a calm charismatic woman, Elizabeth claims she knows everything there is to know about Vash. In truth, she's a cold-hearted woman that wants to kill Vash for revenge of what he did at July that caused the death of her parents.
