Ellen Yindel

Ellen Yindel was a Police Captain and later Commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department following the retirement of her successor James Gordon. Unlike Gordon, Yindel despises vigilantes, especially the Batman, for whom she immediately issued an arrest warrant following Gordon's retirement. However, Yindel began to doubt herself when the Joker began his crime spree.
