Enya

Enya is a woman who is staying at Xion's underground pub 'The Last Gulp'. She is in reality a remnant of the old world before the Final War in which she performed as "Madama Machine" in an opera house. She was apparently quite famous, and her primary work that everyone came to see was the song "Beyond Fate", which is what plays in the bar and at the end of her sidequest. At some point in time either during or after the Final War, Enya lost her legs and all memories other than how to sing said song.
