Council Secretary General of Artificial Island, she won a beauty pagent at the Island's opening ceremony and upon meeting Kushima was inspired to help improve the island eventually running for election of her current position. The line of Androids that Holon comes from had their appearance based on her face and body. She has a lot of influence on the island and holds a position of high importance, which she uses to her advantage when deemed necessary.
