Erika Amano

Erika Amano is the main female protagonist of the A Couple of Cuckoos manga series. She is a popular Instagram celebrity who is the biological daughter of the family that raised Nagi. She first meets him while taking videos at a park, and makes him pretend to be her boyfriend to escape from an arranged marriage. Her parents arrange for her to be engaged to Nagi and for them to live together in a single house. After her school discovers the pictures she took with him, she is forced to transfer to Nagi's school. Erika has purple eyes and long reddish-blond hair, which she usually wears in pigtails tied with brown ribbons. Occasionally, she wears her hair in braids instead. She also has red pearl stud earrings. At her original school, her uniform was a brown serafuku (sailor uniform), while at her current school she wears a blazer-based uniform. At first glance, Erika can be seen as a spoiled child who leads a carefree life. Even though she didn't like to rely on any other, she wouldn't mind if it is Nagi Umino for helping her out in many ways. She also has a caring personality when she kindly talks to Sachi Umino.
