Excel Walter

Excel Walter is a character from the Genjitsu Shugi Yuusha no Oukoku Saikenki series. She is the grandmother of Carla Vargas and Juna Doma as well as mother-in-law to Castor Vargas, who was formerly the commander of the Air Force. She is currently the supreme commander of the National Defense Force. Despite being over 500 years old, Excel has the appearance of an attractive voluptuous woman in her twenties with ankle-length blue hair that has two gold ring bands on either chest-length hair strands with bangs swept to the right side, blue eyes and a busty figure.
