I'm a Bioroid that was designed using stolen Black River bioelectricity technology. The electricity made by my body gets amplified by this tail, Jupiter, and I can do all sorts of stuff with it. My usual tasks were causing large-scale power outages. I snuck into power plants or substations and with a crack and a ka-boom! A whole city went dark, just like that. How does it work?
