Fair Libra

Fair Libra is a Judgement Girl/female judge appearing in the Street Fighter series. Their jobs are to decide the winner after a draw occurs in the last possible round of any given match. Fair Libra is a tall black American girl from Brooklyn who wears a t-shirt, shorts and rollerblades. She is a lively and friendly teenager that loves dancing and old school hip hop. She has a good relationship with her brother and father. Her father Eric (エリック) is a professional saxophonist, and she grew up with her home overflowing with music.
