Felmenia Stingray

Felmenia Stingray was one of the court mages of Astel, who summoned the hero Reiji Shana as well as Suimei Yakagi and Mizuki Anō. She is the second daughter of Earl Stingray and helps Suimei Yakagi on his journey to find a way back to his world.. Felmenia has crimson yellow eyes and white hair that is braided. She is usually wearing a sky-blue gown with a blue-green ribbbon on her head. Her dress contains several brown and blue-green ribbons.
