First Emperor was a Regular assigned to the Scout Position. He played a minor role in Part I before being eliminated from testing. First Emperor was a huge, dark-skinned, four-eyed man with no hair. He wore a white short sleeve shirt with a purple collar. He was very overconfident of his powers in battle. He teamed up with Leo Cloaker and Deod and managed to pass Lero-Ro's Test.
