Flare

Flare is a character from Eiichiro Oda's One-Shot Monsters. She works as a waitress at the resturant Gérard. Flare was a young girl with shoulder-length dark brown hair and dark green eyes. She wears a white shirt with line patterns and an orange apron over it. She looks very similar to Nami before the timeskip. In the anime, Flare's hair and eyes are pale orange and pale blue respectively. Her shirt is also yellow with a much simpler stripe pattern, and her apron becomes navy blue. She also wears brown pants with boots.
