Fran

Fran is one of the recurring characters introduced in Wandering Witch series. She is a teacher, Elaina's master, and a witch. Fran has waist-length black hair that is half tied at the bottom with bangs covering the left side of her face, blue eyes and a beauty mark underneath her right eye. She wears a midnight-blue hat with a red ribbon coiled around it and a matching color outfit both of which have a starry night pattern in the interior. She also wears beige-colored pants, red earrings, brown boots and her witch's brooch on her right chest. Fran is portrayed as an elated and jocular woman....
