Fran

Fran is one of the recurring characters introduced in Wandering Witch series. She is a teacher, Elaina's master, and a witch. Fran has waist-length black hair that is half tied at the bottom with bangs covering the left side of her face, blue eyes and a beauty mark underneath her right eye. She wears a midnight-blue hat with a red ribbon coiled around it and a matching color outfit both of which have a starry night pattern in the interior. She also wears beige-colored pants, red earrings, brown boots and her witch's brooch on her right chest. Fran is portrayed as an elated and jocular woman. Compared to the other witches in Robetta, she is shown to be a non-judgemental person. Befitting of her moniker, Fran can and tends to be spacy at times.
