Fran Doll

A teenager sent to Earth two years in advance of Diana Counter's landing. Fran finds work at a printer's and becomes a war photographer once hostilities break out. She persists in documenting events even though she knows that the Luzianna government censors all of her work. While reporting on the Inglessa Militia, she strikes up a romantic relationship with Joseph Yaht and befriends Sochie Heim and Miashei Kune.
