Fredmonica is a 5000-year old terminal gynoid tasked by Professor Regina Babylon to manage the Hangar of Babylon. Her airframe number is 28. She nicknamed herself Monica. Fredmonica is a gynoid with unkempt long red hair and a pair of almond-shaped golden eyes. When first appearing on the series, she wore the same style of outfit as the other gynoids. Later, she usually likes to wear camouflage clothes. Her main personality traits are her immaturity and temperament. The core trait she had inherited from the Doctor is her sincerity; this is shown where she is honest to others and herself.
