Futaba Kirii is an Extar in Valkyrie Drive Mermaid who serves as one of Charlotte Scherzen's most trusted followers and the partner of Hyouko Yundou. She worked as a partner in crime with Meifon and Hyouka to steal more goods from Veste while also making money from gambling, she switched out the ballots of Mermaid beauty pageant festival with her partner Hyouka in the favor of Charlotte. She speaks in Kansai Dialect, she have a mild and easygoing personality.
