General Scales was a member of the SharpClaw Tribe, who rose to a position of power and went on to try and fulfill his desire as the tyrannical despot of Dinosaur Planet, believing that he could only rule the many tribes by forcing them with brutality to spread fear that they couldn't stand up to him.
