Guillermo Garcia

Guillermo Garcia is a character from the Psycho-Pass Movie Sequel triology, "Sinners of the System" and appears in the third movie, called "Case.3 - In the Realm Beyond". He is simultaneously the leader of the mercenary group "Armistice Guards" and a professional negotiator hired by the Tibet-Himalaya United Kingdom Government to settle the current conflict. Garcia is a male of average height and weight in his 50's. He has brown eyes, is bald and wears corrective lenses.
