Guillermo Garcia Husbando

Guillermo Garcia is a character from the Psycho-Pass Movie Sequel triology, "Sinners of the System" and appears in the third movie, called "Case.3 - In the Realm Beyond". He is simultaneously the leader of the mercenary group "Armistice Guards" and a professional negotiator hired by the Tibet-Himalaya United Kingdom Government to settle the current conflict. Garcia is a male of average height and weight in his 50's. He has brown eyes, is bald and wears corrective lenses. He is typically seen in his military uniform, although sometimes in civilian clothing. He usually carries a knife with him.
