Haihane

Haihane, also known as the "Blue Sekirei" is a current member of MBI's Disciplinary Squad, specifically its Third Generation iteration. After her fight with Tsukiumi during the escape mission she and fellow Disciplinary Squad member Benitsubasa attempted to thwart, she maintained a rivalry with Tsukiumi for the remainder of the events of the Sekirei Plan.
