Hajime Kugara

Hajime Kugara was a member of the elite Anti-Cloud Gouger Special Forces in the Kamunabi under Ikuto Hagiwara's command. Kugara, along with the rest of Ikuto's squad, was considered an elite fighter of the Kamunabi. He had a bird-like mask attached onto his face for reasons unknown.
