Halifa

Halifa is a Hel, she has long silver hair in a braid, and red glowing eyes. She wears a ghothic style outfit, with a black and purple lace parasol. Her outfit has purple bows, the end of her parasol has a skull and the tie at the end of her hair has a silver skull. The Hel are a humanoid race that are said to govern a portion of the underworld in Norse-Germanic Mythology. Said to be born from the giantess Angrboda and the trickster god Loki.
