Handa Tou Husbando

Handa Tou is a dhampir (a child between a human and vampire). He is a member of the Vampire Countermeasure Division in the Kanagawa branch. Hinaichi is one of his superiors in the division. He went to the same high school as Ronald and Kameya. He considers Ronald as a rival due to them wanting to be a vampire hunter. Handa has a spiky hair with right-side bangs, sharp yellow eyes and has a beauty mark under his left eye. He is commonly seen wearing the standard uniform of the Vampire Countermeasure Division, substituting the common white shirt and light blue tie for a black long-sleeved turtleneck underneath the uniform.
