A quoted member of World Serpent, she is a Half-Human, Half-Stigma being created by Wolrd Serpent using MOTH technology. She introduces herself by the human name "Mystletein Schariac". Its abilities are similar to the power of the Herrscher of Sentience (and perhaps even close to the powers of Aponia). The Herrschers do not interest her.
