Harpie Lady 3

Harpie Lady 3 is a wind-type, winged beast monster and a member of the Harpie monster archetype. In the anime, her skin was blue but was changed to regular skin color in every appearance afterwards. In Yu-Gi-Oh! The Falsebound Kingdom, she is named Keraino. Her card effect is: "(This card's name is always treated as 'Harpie Lady'.) An opponent's monster that battles this card cannot declare an attack during your opponent's next 2 turns."
