Haruzummi Chika

Chika is an ordinary high school student, but in order to protect her brother, she became infected. After being rescued, she became half-human, half-dead. Accidentally, she found out that she can talk to the dead, and then she started to learn to control them. She is in charge of the Infection Institute and her room is on the right of the third floor.
