Heinz is a mid-tier student at Wellston Private High School. Heinz is a boy with red hair and red eyes. He wears the typical school uniform for boys, without any vest. Heinz is shown to be very obnoxious and arrogant. He is shown to enjoy picking fights because he thinks he's too fast. He is also known for cutting lines, which often lands him in trouble. He is first sighted at the school's cafeteria, where he uses his ability in order to cut the cafeteria lunch line.
