Hiasa Sekuro

Hiasa Sekuro is a supporting character in Babylon. She is an Assistant Officer who is assigned to Zen Seizaki's team and the niece of Yoshifumi Sekuro (the Kasumigaseki Vice Minister of Justice). She is kidnapped by Ai Magase, who then cuts her limbs with an axe and kills her by decapitating her. Hiasa has short hair that has bangs swept to the left and she wears a conservative outfit.
