Hibari Hokobaru is a supporting character of Too Many Losing Heroines! series. She's a second-year student of the Tsuwabuki High School and also the President of the Tsuwabuki High School Student Council. She is also the cousin of Student Council Treasurer, Hiroto Sakurai.
