High Rosetta is a 5000-year old terminal gynoid tasked by Doctor Regina Babylon to manage the Workshop of Babylon. Her airframe number is 27. She nicknamed herself as Rosetta. High Rosetta is a gynoid with orange odango-styled hair that being held together inside a bun cover with a ribbon, white skin and a pair of golden eyes. When first appearing in the series, High Rosetta is shown to be wearing a large pink ribbon on the black regular tunic with an enchanted white skirt and black tight. Later she usually like to wear working clothes. Her core personality is the Doctor's urge to create.
