High Rosetta is a 5000-year old terminal gynoid tasked by Doctor Regina Babylon to manage the Workshop of Babylon. Her airframe number is 27. She nicknamed herself as Rosetta. High Rosetta is a gynoid with orange odango-styled hair that being held together inside a bun cover with a ribbon, white skin and a pair of golden eyes.
