Higiri is an upperclassman and the leader of Dragon Squad. She considers it her duty to lead her squad members correctly. Her specialty is the Whirlwind Jutsu (Japanese: つむじ風術), which creates a gust of wind that blows away obstacles around her. She is very fond of Hasu, the only junior member of the group.
