Hikari

Hikari (#11) is one of Seo Kaoru's two Sekirei, known for her short temper. She was adjusted by Asama Takehito. She is the twin sister of Hibiki. Both have the power to manipulate lightning/electricity. In the First and Second Stages Hikari seeks to fight unwinged Sekirei together with Hibiki. It is later stated by Homura that although she and her sister are supposedly underdogs, they have more experience fighting than himself.
