Hikari

Hikari is a stable, straightforward poking character that gets surges of power when her Regalia State [RG] install is active. When she's not in [RG], Hikari keeps her distance and manages her limited albeit powerful moveset (it can be thought of as a quality > quantity mindset) while slowly chipping away at opponents or protecting her teammate. This is possible thanks to her top of the line projectile speed and tracking, allowing her to be effective with them even in green lock for most purposes.
